4. Offline and Local Storage

Your cart is stored locally on your device using browser storage (IndexedDB) so you can shop without an internet connection. This data is only sent to our servers when you explicitly submit an order. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

5. Data Storage and Security

Order and account data is stored on infrastructure managed by Pro Community Hub. Product images are served via a CDN. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Third Parties

We do not sell personal data to advertisers. Some platform functions rely on trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting, image delivery). Those providers process data only as needed to deliver those functions.

7. Age Restrictions

Pro Community Hub is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Choices & Account Deletion

You can request account updates or deletion at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, visit our account deletion page. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Where required by law, we will also provide access or correction rights for your personal information.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
